One of the beautiful things about working in the digital space in that just about everything can be measured. (Yes, you heard that correctly–we think analytics is strikingly beautiful.) Whether you’re sending an email, live-tweeting an event, or launching a brand new website, you can (and should) monitor your performance so you know what’s working and what isn’t for your audiences.
With so much data available, and so many tools you can use to assess it, measuring and monitoring can be intimidating.
